To be eligible for a full refund or store credit, the item must be returned in its original condition, with no visible signs of wear.

• If you choose a full refund, you are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label.

• If you prefer an exchange for store credit, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our designs, but If your item becomes damaged, we’re here to help. Our current policy is to repair your item at no cost (excluding the cost of return shipping to our studio or significant material replacement).
